By making a purchase from Roman PizzaLab, the client expressly agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of the Product
The client is purchasing access to a digital training program, online course, and/or personalized mentorship, whose content and terms have been clearly communicated. The product or service is personal, non-transferable, and is considered delivered once access to the platform or materials is granted.
2. No-Refund Policy
Roman PizzaLab does not offer refunds once payment is completed, due to the digital and immediate nature of the product.
No refunds will be issued for any reason external to Roman PizzaLab.

Lack of time on the client’s sidePersonal change of decisionTechnical issues or internet problems on the client’s sideSubjective dissatisfaction with the content Unexpected personal or professional circumstances.
The client is responsible for reading the full product description before purchasing.
3. Exchange Policy
No exchanges are allowed for other products, services, sessions, or courses. Access is also non-transferable to third parties.
4. Content Access and Usage
All content is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of Roman PizzaLab. The client may not copy, distribute, share, or resell any material without prior written consent.
5. Mentorship and Support
Mentorship sessions (if included in the program) will be scheduled based on mutual availability. The client agrees to attend on time. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless previously agreed.
6. Disclaimer on Results
Roman PizzaLab provides professional knowledge, tools, and guidance, but does not guarantee specific results. The outcome depends on the client’s level of commitment, execution, and individual context.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the purchase, the client confirms they have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full. This agreement becomes legally binding upon payment.
