TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Roman PizzaLab LLC’s (“Roman PizzaLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, courses, workshops, online content, community platform, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Roman PizzaLab program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By enrolling in any Roman PizzaLab course, masterclass, or online program, or by accessing our materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in Roman PizzaLab programs. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. COURSE AND WORKSHOP ENROLLMENT
Enrollment in any Roman PizzaLab program is confirmed upon successful completion of the applicable payment selected at checkout.
For purchases made under a payment plan, enrollment and access to program content and services will be provided progressively according to the payment schedule and access terms disclosed at checkout and/or on the applicable program page.
Roman PizzaLab reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if a participant violates these Terms or engages in disruptive, unsafe, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
5. NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SUBJECT TO ANY NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
By purchasing any Roman PizzaLab product or service, including but not limited to:
- In-person Masterclasses
- Online Courses
- Mentorship Programs
- Digital Materials
- Community Access
you acknowledge and agree that, except where otherwise required by applicable law:
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Roman PizzaLab does not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, travel issues, technical difficulties on the user’s side, inability to attend a workshop, or dissatisfaction with the program.
- Access to digital content or services does not create an entitlement to a refund or partial refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
6. PAYMENT PLANS AND SPLIT PAY
Roman PizzaLab may offer certain programs with a payment plan (“Split Pay”) that allows the total purchase price of a program to be divided into multiple scheduled payments.
6.1 PAYMENT PLAN COMMITMENT
When you select a payment plan at checkout, you agree to pay the full purchase price of the program according to the payment schedule presented to you before completing your purchase.
A payment plan is a payment arrangement for the full program price and is not a month-to-month subscription that may be cancelled at any time without further payment obligations.
The total purchase price, number of payments, amount of each payment, and payment schedule will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
6.2 AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS
By selecting a payment plan, you expressly authorize Roman PizzaLab and its authorized payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided at checkout for each scheduled payment.
Subsequent payments will be processed automatically according to the payment schedule displayed at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and sufficient funds or available credit to complete all scheduled payments.
6.3 PROGRESSIVE ACCESS
Access to certain components of a program purchased through Split Pay may be released progressively as scheduled payments are successfully completed.
For the Roman PizzaLab Method®, the applicable access structure is:
First payment:
Access to the Roman PizzaLab Community.
Second payment:
Access to the recorded Roman PizzaLab Method® course and included training materials.
For the Roman PizzaLab Mentorship Program®, the applicable access structure is:
First payment:
Access to the Roman PizzaLab Community.
Second payment:
Access to the recorded Roman PizzaLab Method® course and included training materials.
Third payment:
Access to the weekly live mentorship sessions with Massimiliano Saieva for the applicable mentorship period stated on the program page.
Access to each component is subject to successful completion of the corresponding scheduled payment.
6.4 FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
If a scheduled payment is declined, fails, is reversed, or cannot otherwise be collected, Roman PizzaLab may temporarily suspend the access associated with the unpaid portion of the program until the outstanding payment is successfully resolved.
Roman PizzaLab may use available payment-processing tools and reasonable payment retry procedures to attempt to collect a failed scheduled payment.
The customer remains responsible for any unpaid balance associated with the payment plan, subject to applicable law.
6.5 UPDATING PAYMENT INFORMATION
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed because the payment method is expired, declined, unavailable, or otherwise invalid, you are responsible for providing or updating a valid payment method through the available payment-processing system.
6.6 PAYMENT PLAN TERMS AT CHECKOUT
The payment amount, number of installments, payment frequency, total purchase price, and applicable access conditions will be presented before purchase.
By completing the checkout process and selecting the payment plan, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these payment terms and authorize the scheduled charges described at checkout.
7. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING BY ROMAN PIZZALAB
In the unlikely event that Roman PizzaLab must cancel or reschedule an in-person Masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, instructor illness, or venue issues, we will:
- Offer a rescheduled date, or
- Provide credit toward a future Roman PizzaLab program.
Roman PizzaLab will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP
All content provided by Roman PizzaLab, including but not limited to:
- Video lessons
- Live mentorship sessions
- Manuals
- Recipes
- Training materials
- Written documents
- Presentations
- Community posts
- Branding, logos, and trademarks
are the exclusive intellectual property of Roman PizzaLab LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for your own learning and professional development.
9. STRICT PROHIBITION ON SHARING, DISTRIBUTION, OR REPRODUCTION
You expressly agree that you will NOT:
- Share, distribute, sell, or transfer access to Roman PizzaLab videos, manuals, or course materials.
- Copy, record, download, reproduce, or redistribute any Roman PizzaLab content.
- Share login credentials for the online platform or community.
- Post Roman PizzaLab materials in public or private groups, forums, or social media.
- Teach, replicate, or commercially exploit Roman PizzaLab proprietary methods, manuals, or recipes without written permission.
Any violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in:
- Immediate termination of your access to Roman PizzaLab programs.
- Permanent removal from the community platform.
- Legal action for copyright infringement and damages, where permitted by applicable law.
10. COMMUNITY AND ONLINE PLATFORM USE
If your program includes access to the Roman PizzaLab community, including Skool or any other platform, you agree to:
- Behave respectfully toward instructors and other members.
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Not promote competing products or services within the community.
- Not solicit or poach Roman PizzaLab students for external programs.
- Not share private or confidential information belonging to other community members.
Roman PizzaLab reserves the right to remove or suspend any user who violates community guidelines or these Terms.
11. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS
Roman PizzaLab provides professional training and mentorship, but does not guarantee specific business, financial, professional, or career outcomes.
Your results depend on your effort, skill level, experience, implementation, business decisions, and external factors beyond Roman PizzaLab’s control.
Participation in any Roman PizzaLab program does not constitute a guarantee of business success, profitability, employment, sales, or any particular financial result.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roman PizzaLab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Participation in a workshop.
- Use of our materials.
- Access to our online platform.
- Technical issues.
- Business decisions made based on information provided through our Services.
- Personal injury during training, except to the extent caused by Roman PizzaLab’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Participants attending in-person training are responsible for following all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Roman PizzaLab.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. RECORDING OF LIVE MENTORSHIP SESSIONS AND DATA PROTECTION
By participating in Roman PizzaLab live mentorship sessions, you acknowledge that these sessions may be recorded for internal educational, quality, training, and program-improvement purposes.
Roman PizzaLab LLC may record, store, and use recordings of live sessions in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
Participants acknowledge that their voice, image, questions, comments, or other contributions may appear in a recording of a live session.
Where applicable, Roman PizzaLab will provide appropriate notice and obtain any consent required by law before using recordings for purposes beyond the delivery, administration, review, or improvement of the applicable program.
If a participant has specific concerns regarding their privacy or wishes to limit the use of their personal data or participation in recordings, they should notify Roman PizzaLab in writing before the applicable session.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of FLORIDA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the applicable jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply.
