4. COURSE AND WORKSHOP ENROLLMENT

5. NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

you acknowledge and agree that:
- All payments are non-refundable.
- There are no refunds, chargebacks, or credit reversals for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Travel issues
- Technical difficulties on the user’s side
- Inability to attend a workshop
- Dissatisfaction with the program
By completing your purchase, you expressly waive any right to request a refund, partial refund, or credit.
6. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING BY ROMAN PIZZALAB
In the unlikely event that Roman PizzaLab must cancel or reschedule an in-person Masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure, instructor illness, or venue issues), we will:
- Offer a rescheduled date, or
- Provide credit toward a future Roman PizzaLab program.
Roman PizzaLab will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP
All content provided by Roman PizzaLab, including but not limited to:
- Video lessons
- Live mentorship sessions
- Manuals
- Recipes
- Training materials
- Written documents
- Presentations
- Community posts
- Branding, logos, and trademarks
are the exclusive intellectual property of Roman PizzaLab LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for your own learning and professional development.
8. STRICT PROHIBITION ON SHARING, DISTRIBUTION, OR REPRODUCTION
You expressly agree that you will NOT:
- Share, distribute, sell, or transfer access to Roman PizzaLab videos, manuals, or course materials.
- Copy, record, download, reproduce, or redistribute any Roman PizzaLab content.
- Share login credentials for the online platform or community.
- Post Roman PizzaLab materials in public or private groups, forums, or social media.
- Teach, replicate, or commercially exploit Roman PizzaLab proprietary methods, manuals, or recipes without written permission.
Any violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in:
- Immediate termination of your access to Roman PizzaLab programs
- Permanent removal from the community platform
- Legal action for copyright infringement and damages
9. COMMUNITY AND ONLINE PLATFORM USE (IF APPLICABLE)
If your program includes access to the Roman PizzaLab community (Skool or any other platform), you agree to:
- Behave respectfully toward instructors and other members
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Not promote competing products or services within the community
- Not solicit or poach Roman PizzaLab students for external programs
Roman PizzaLab reserves the right to remove any user who violates community guidelines.
10. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS
Roman PizzaLab provides professional training and mentorship, but does not guarantee specific business, financial, or career outcomes.
Your success depends on your effort, skill level, experience, and external factors beyond Roman PizzaLab’s control.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roman PizzaLab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Participation in a workshop
- Use of our materials
- Access to our online platform
- Technical issues
- Personal injury during training (except in cases of gross negligence)
Participants attend workshops at their own risk and must follow all safety guidelines provided.
12. Recording of Live Mentorship Sessions and Data Protection
By participating in Roman PizzaLab live mentorship sessions, you acknowledge and agree that these sessions may be recorded for internal, educational, and quality purposes. Roman PizzaLab LLC reserves the right to record, store, and reuse such recordings for training, review, or improvement of its programs, including potential future educational content.
Participants consent to the collection and processing of any personal data, image, voice, or contributions shared during live sessions in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Roman PizzaLab will take reasonable measures to protect participant privacy; however, participants understand that their participation in live sessions implies acceptance of being recorded.
If a participant has specific concerns regarding their privacy or wishes to limit the use of their personal data in recordings, they must notify Roman PizzaLab in writing prior to the session.
