1. Booking Confirmation
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your Private One-to-One Training with Roman PizzaLab.
Your training dates are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
2. Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the first day of training.
Failure to complete the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reserved training dates.
3. Training Location
Training takes place at the Roman PizzaLab facilities in Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Travel & Accommodation
The participant is responsible for all travel expenses, accommodation, meals (unless otherwise specified), transportation, visas, and personal insurance.
Roman PizzaLab is not responsible for travel costs resulting from changes made by the participant.
5. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled training date.
One complimentary rescheduling request may be granted, subject to instructor availability.
Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.
6. Cancellation
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
If the participant cancels less than 30 days before the training, any payments already made are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation by Roman PizzaLab
In the unlikely event that Roman PizzaLab must postpone the training due to unforeseen circumstances, a new mutually convenient date will be offered.
Roman PizzaLab is not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses already incurred by the participant.
8. Intellectual Property
All training materials, recipes, manuals, documents, videos and educational content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Roman PizzaLab.
Recording, reproducing, distributing, teaching or commercializing any part of the training without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary business information shared during the training.
10. Limitation of Liability
Roman PizzaLab provides professional training based on years of industry experience.
Business results may vary depending on each participant’s implementation, experience and market conditions. No specific financial results or business performance are guaranteed.
11. Acceptance
By completing the purchase, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
12. Business Advice
Recommendations provided during the training regarding equipment, suppliers, kitchen layout, menu development, production systems or business operations are based on Roman PizzaLab’s professional experience.
The participant remains solely responsible for all business decisions, investments and implementation.
